Return & Refunds Policy

At i.e.moment, we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a hassle-free experience, we've designed a clear and straightforward Return and Exchange Policy.

To Initiate a Return/Exchange:

Contact our Customer Support team at iemomentjewelry@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Securely package the item to prevent damage during return transit.

Include the RA number along with your contact information inside the package.

Ship the package to the provided address using a trackable and insured shipping method.

 

7-Day No-Reason Return/Exchange:

If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, the item must remain in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

 

14-Day Return/Exchange for Quality Issues:

If you encounter any quality issues with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.

The item should remain in its original, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ear jewelry (earrings).

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.

Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

 

Shipping Costs:

Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of quality issues.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
